- Check if you have locked the vehicle correctly. You will be prompted a tone if you correctly lock it. Please allow up to one minute for the trip to finish processing after locking the bike
- Please check whether your phone has good cellular data or Wi-Fi connection
- Try closing and restarting the app
If none of the above resolves the issue, please report the problem to customer service at email@example.com and we will refund the charge accordingly as we investigate.
